What we collect

Only what's needed to deliver the service: email, device ID, usage data.
We collect your email address for account management, your device eSIM identifier (EID) to provision the SIM, and anonymous usage data (bytes sent/received, country of connection) for billing and network optimisation. We do not collect your browsing history, location in real time, or contact list.

How we use your data

Billing, support, and improving the service. Never sold to third parties.
Your data is used to calculate your balance, display usage history in the app, provide customer support, and improve network routing. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage & security

Servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
All data is stored on EU-based servers (Frankfurt, Germany) operated by certified data centres. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted to authorised personnel with MFA enforced.

As an EU/UK resident you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to privacy@neosim.com — we respond within 30 days.
